  Old  Legal Wording Help

Hello,

I have a bit of an odd request--currently I am filing for a LLC in my state and I'm not completely sure on how to phrase my intial state documents.

So saying so, I am asking that if there is anyone that has had past experience in LLC documents, to reply here with contact info or PM me.
