  Old  Noobies Bumping Threads?

So I go on the General Forum today, and I notice thread from months ago are being bumped by dudes with like 10posts. It's not effecting anyone but it's really annoying. Can you make a rule or something that noobies can't bump threads?
Cheers,

I don't think 'Noobies' is an appropriate name, tbh.

Well technically they are new to the forum and therefore the neologism "noobies" would be appropriate. I'm sure we all understand the terminology - it's just the word has attracted many bad connotations from immature gamers using it in their attempt to offend people.

Yes but Wild Honey, we have to remember we're a community that works around computing and many freelances I know including myself are gamers. And it's not immature gamers that call people n00bs, noobies, nabs, nubs, it just a general terms for someone new to the game but some gamers do misuse the term to insult people.

So people who come to forum and are called noobs will take this the wrong way regardless of however it is meant.
