No, that script is just a rotator.. for the peel away banners, lol..

What the guy is offering, is designing the banner and also turning it into flash.

Like the above poster said, not only do we provide the script, we provide a custom design for it as well.

And unlike the software you linked, you can use these ads on unlimited domains instead of paying $25 each.
