Old  The Benefits of Creating a Site Network. [Article]

In this article I will detail the benefits of creating a site network as well as how it can help your website grow. The latest web trends seen popping up on the World Wide Web for webmasters are the creating of ‘Site Networks’. Interweaving multiple sites that appeal to similar crowds of visitors to create a new ‘Network’ many times, connecting the site with a simple bar at the top showing other sites on the network. This allows webmasters to expand the horizons of revenue as well as build a self-sustaining network of sites.

Expanding and Creating New Advertising Possibilities
With the creation of a network that appeal to a particular crowd allows the webmaster to create global advertising properties which allow advertisers to easily purchase ad units onto multiple sites which have similar crowds. One of the key points in successfully managing all the ads on the network is using good advertising management software. One free option I would recommend is phpAdsNew, which is a feature, filled open-source ad management software. By having globalize ads among each site on the network allows the webmaster to easily control advertising properties. With the expansion of your network by either creating new websites or purchasing existing and established websites you can easily implement your global ads onto the new site. Allowing you more ad units available for advertisers. With the creation of a network having one ‘corporate site’ is also key to successfully running a site network. The corporate site can act as headquarters giving advertisers information about ad properties available on your sites as well as providing a central location for visitors to view information about each site on the network. Many new webmasters do not know about the possibilities of advertising revenue. There are many willing people to advertise their site on yours if they think your site would bring targeted visitors. The main problem is finding these advertisers. Having a corporate site allows you to easily show off advertising properties you have available. Webmaster, web development forum and websites are great places to aquire new advertisers. These forums usually have open ‘marketplaces’ allowing you to give people information about
advertising opportunities you have.

Using Network Sites for Clever SEO Techniques
Having multiple websites under your hood can also allow you to use clever SEO techniques to increase your PageRank(PR). By simply having text-links that link to your other websites using targeted keywords can allow you to ‘share your PR’ among your sites. If you have one site that dominates in PR, use this site to link to other websites that are on the network. When search engine spiders pick up these links they will see your smaller sites are recognized among a bigger site and will, over time give a PR boost to your smaller sites. With the increase of PR among your sites, this has many advantages. Your site will show up much higher in search engines and secondly this can be used to increase revenue as well. There are many willing people to purchase text links on websites which have high PR’s.

Taking Advantage of Site Traffic
A network allows you to take advantage of site traffic by monetizing advertising, sharing traffic among your existing sites, and also jump starting new websites. With an existing network, visitors will likely check out the other sites you have available on your network and this allows you to ‘share traffic’ among your sites.Having an established network allows you to jump start new website ventures. You can announce the launch of the new website on your corporate site and take advantage of ‘idle’ ad units to advertise your new site. With existing site traffic you can direct those visitors to check out the new website you have added unto the network. Allowing you to give an easy jump start to the website.

Conclusion
As it is quite evident there are many advantages of having a site network to both better your sites as well as to create a steady revenue stream. With the proper management you can take advantage of a network to build bigger and more stable sites. If you need any help please emial me

If you have network of sites then try to get unique C class IP for each them. Its good from Search engines point of view.
