Just an update...
After refunding all but one of the orders placed via 2checkout, I finally got a payout from them - of nearly nothing. Turns out that the 5.*% fee they take from each order is not refunded when you refund an order... Now, it says this no where in their FAQ or TOS.
I'm pretty familiar with the TaC set out by Visa, and I'm sure that this practice violates at least 2 sections. I'll be filing a complaint with card services against the 2checkout and their shady practices.
On another note, Google Checkout has worked out quite nicely, with a quick deposit time and small (2.*%) processing fees.
