Looking for programmer - PHP, Flash, CRON Jobs etc...

I don't want to reveil any information on this project before a NDA is signed.

Looking for a programmer that:
- Can code in PHP5, OOP Style
- Can make a secure user area. Registration etc...
- Can make a sleek flash line graph that reads information from a MySQL DB.
- Can make cron jobs to check information daily and update DB.
- Email system if information changes, what information was etc... (per user)

Also looking for widget designers (Mac and Yahoo) - this is for a feature I might add later so.

I can do all 5 of the original points, considering I am given the designs for the Flash graph. My prices are based on $60 an hour, however, I will provide you with a tailored quote if you wish to contact me personally on MSN.

So you will be able to code and make the flash files if I give you he graph design only?

As long as you give me all the data, the designs, and everything else that I may need. I'll be able to do it.
