Really Cool Interview with RentACoder's Founder/Developer

So I e-mailed the founder of RentACoder.com (web design and programming freelance job board) and I got a very quick response, and he was excited to hold a small e-mail with me! It's a really great e-mail with some cool information for all freelancers and businessmen/internet marketers alike.
