I think you posted in the wrong forum .

The template is great, but I have a few suggestions. The orange text doesn't go well with the green background and it's drop shadow doesn't help much. The nav is ok, but it could add a nice touch if the item have some link with the content area when you're on its page.

Nice layout, i like it.. It would look real good with flash implemented into it. You can have it open up like a notebook or something.
The 3d logo doesnt fit with the design though, a darker background just behind the logo would make it sit well.

I can only echo previous comments. The design is very nice, attractive and eye pleasing, as well as displaying content upfront. The logo however, im not diggin' it. It needs to be simple/subtle, and hold more of an identity for your site. The large, 3D logo is not appropriate in my eyes.

Flash would certainly add a wow factor to the mix

Great logo, and great template.

The only thing that I'd have to say is to work on the white navigation on the left, it doesn't look that good.

it is a great 3d logo, dont get me wrong, its just the placement and how you are using it in the layout which doesn't suit it.
