Overview:
Site was instantly setup and have stats from the first day. Dailytip.net had two posters. Me and my friend used to create a post daily. Lately we have stopped since we both do not have time as we are both college students (and it was exam time here in Canada).
Both of us posted articles of a general niche. This was very hard for us becuase we did not know how to target the right keywords and advertise the site.
Revenue:
Ofcourse the site dosnt make as much since its brand new. I did work on a link building campaign to raise PR (it is now PR 1)
In March some of our posts had some quality high paying keywords. Its against Google TOS to show clicks and CTR, but I can easily say the general was about $.50 - $1 / click.

I realize that usually the BIN's are 10 - 12 month revenue only, but the fact is that we have 50 orignal posts, brand new skin (not applied), Guest publications (one article was posted by a guest), Great Domain Name, PR 1 in 2 months, Link building campaign by me, and SEO.
The $600 BIN is technically what me and my partner would like to recieve. The best offer means that you can send a BIN of a lower amount, but not too low. Its better just to bid then.
If your in Toronto Canada, I dont mind meeting up locally in the GTA area for a small identity verfication. Also payment can be made this way and it is much safer then Paypal for both of us.
Paypal is ofcourse another option if you want.
