Old  How much is my gaming site worth?

Brief Information

Site: ScrimsNow.com
Genre: Mulit-Comsole Gaming Scrims Finder
Purpose of site: The purpose of this site is to allow videogame players to find scrims, also known as a clan match or a regular match. The cool thing about this site is that it is very extensive meaning that by using the Admin Control Panel, you can add more games and edit/add/delete fields for each game.

Revenue Details

Tournaments: We have ran tournaments in the past, and have generated good money, until I didn't have time anymore. We used to do 2-3 tournaments a week since it was the summer, then I started my summer job and had to stop. Used to get $100-$150 from these tournaments a week total.
Text Links/Banner Ads: The sites under Community Partners are sponsored, and I get around $20 from two links, and the others have been sold yearly or months in advance. Also there is a featured game site plugin at the top of the forums, that is currently paying $35 a month.
Google Adsense/YPN: Something, I experimented with, but didn't fully implement it like what I've done in the past. I used to own www.hgtourneys.com and have made $4 a day from adsense. If you visit the forums, you will see it but nothing advanced. Currently I have made minimal money from adsense. I have made $33.34 off of adsense, it has great potential, I was just experimenting and made a good amount.

Technology/Script
The whole script on the site is 100% custom built, with an easy to use back end. If you would like a full breakdown on what the script can do and its features, then drop me a PM. The script is valued $500.

Based on a monthly revenue of around $500 which is what a site of this quality should be generating (judged on your averages so far) I would value the site at around $4,000-$6,500. It shows a lot of potential but needs that little extra kick to get there.

A question, if you were doing well with Adsense, why did you not let them stay ?

then how come its almost the same thing he posted in the websites for sale section?

http://www.talkfreelance.com/thread42711.html

just seems to me like he's trying to get more eyes on the fact he's selling.

If anything your getting 'more eyes on the fact he's selling'. I'm sure he posted the same information as its what is needed for an accurate evaluation.

Anyway, i agree with Anthony, around the 4k mark with the extra push .

Um, for one I have only tried to sell this site once.. The sale thread was full of all the information needed to get the site valuated, so why re-type everything and make a whole new thread, than just to use the sale thread information..
