I like the overall design, but to be honest, I think that the text used (the black) is very hard to see. Try a lighter color.

Agreed. The content of a site should be the most important part, and making that hard to see is not good.
I would make the small black font a bit larger, and lighter than the background.

i think what hurts it is having the dark blue background then a huge white square for your logo, try and put the logo on the dark blue background.

Yea i'm also not a fan of the Dark background, it looks to dark and when blending in to the background makes it loose it's structure.

It definitely looks better, but I still can't read that black text very well. I'd change that to a dark gray or even a green or something. As for the login box, I just don't think it fits right. I'd either fix it up a bit and make it fit, or make it like the "find leads" box and whatnot.
