This is the lowdown! I want a Forum that will be one of the most popular I will Pay good money for someone to design and skin and code the forum. I want vBulitin design but if youre good and you cant do VBulitin You can do Invision Power Board.

A nice design thats unique and cool . The colours you use are upto you I like Blue and white etc and somethimes differnet mixtures I want a Smashing forum If you think you can do it then Start designing and If its good I am offering $300 for the Skin.
