Contributions are not always limited to visible change. Apart from ideas I receive from members via PM, and submissions in the Suggestion forum, we have all the staff members that take part in discussing strategy, ideas, rules, hacks, etc. - anything that essentially builds up this community.

As for Gareth, apart from taking part in the above, he has also been fixing a few bugs, as well as going to continue to be our go-to guy for technical changes, hacks, custom installs, etc. It was an easy promotion because Gaz has been taking initiative by himself.
