well work from real companies and work from normal people are 2 different things. freelancing you need to be more lenient on what you charge. Not everyone has $100 a hour to throw around. Now if your doing a lot more, like designing the website, coding it in PHP, MySQL backend, XHTML/CSS compliance, AJAX coding and a whole bunch of other things, then yes your hourly wage goes up based on there's more knowledge going into what you're doing
