It's not very self-exlpanatory. All I saw when I first opened it was three headings up the top, a list of companies down the left and some pretty pictures on the right. There appeared to be no organising principle until I realised that the list down the left were links to projects.

Jono's right, you should probably put a heading "Projects" or use some other method to indicate that those are projects. I didn't know where to start when the site loaded. Perhaps some hover effects also. since you're using flash, a little rollover effect won't hurt.

It's...bleh...I can't say that I like it too much.

The bright orange background hurts my eyes, the design is WAY too simple even for my simple taste, and why did you flash it? Flash has no purpose unless you're using obviously flash/animation specific features (i.e. nav rollovers, animations, a nice loading bar, an interactive site, etc.).

After delving into your frame, I see that you're using messy Dreamweaver code, with tables...Why use a table if you have only a single flash object on a page? And even a site that simple, with a single object, can't pass validation: there's 11 errors!

I suggest that you seriously rethink your layout, especially its user interaction, eye-candy, and coding elements.
