I've only made a total of around $150 with web design and coding..I under priced a lot of my work. I made a design and sold it for 80, I think i could've sold it for 100+. The only thing is..it isn't in use so I don't know if I'm allowed to sell it again..

I've just jumped on the "web entreprenur" bandwagon - so still getting into things, and developing my experience.
I've made a bit here and there, but nothing major to boast about.

On paypal you can have a personal account, which doesn't get taxed, i think.

If he lives in a country where the tax service does not tax foreign income then yes, he's making that much. But I know for a fact that if he's in North America that would be tax evasion because all foreign income needs to be declared (policy with both the CRS and IRS).
