I have entered a contest over at sitepoint. It's basically just me and two other people so i have a pretty good chance at winning.

The winner recieves 400$ for the template but it has to be coded.

If I win I would be willing to give a coder 35% of the winnings. 35% is 140$, you would have to code a homepage an a subpage.

If you think you would be good for the job please leave a message here and I will get back to you asap.
