Old  How nice... they won't offer me support.

My host like required payment, and because I didn't have the money in my bank I sent them a email saying that i dont have sufficient funds and wont get any money till THIS friday (26th August 2005). So they sent me one back saying *hold on lemme find the email*

Ok that is fine.

MH Office
However 2 days ago when i accessed my site it says [PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED] so i contact them and they reply:

Dear Customer,

we only have support for active clients.

Regards,
MH Support
Sooooo i've lost my reseller account, PLUS my 4 weeks of work experience work (all online) AND I don't even think they will give me a backup of all my stuff, including my online game which I was creating. Any ideas on what I can do ?? Cuz this has kinda pissed me off.

whats the host? just keep emailing them. if not, start writing up your experience on hosting forums and not to go with them, until they help you.

Well, would you rather sue someone for getting screwed over. Or would you rather just sit around and not take action?

Well that sucks! First they say it's cool then they shut you down. I'm sure they still have all your info, your site is probably just suspended. When you pay you should get it all back.
