Javascript Form Action?

Hi all,

Quick question, I used to have a tutorial for this but have lost in since my old hard drive died. Basically though I was wondering if anyone had any info on a kind of form where the form will change based on user choices (i.e. If user chooses a different country the form will then change from Zip code to Postal code, etc.) Any help is appreciated and I thank you in advance for it.

Any search on google for this will greatly help you in this field. I did a simple search with javascript tutorial and came up with a host of options. Also try youtube.com. Its great for those stuff. Hope this helps :-)
