For Advanced Designers - Video Sites

Hey, aside from being a freelancer, I also create an run a little web show called SkippyShorts. If you follow youtube, you may have noticed we got featured the other day (I was blown away). Anyways, I digress.

I've been wanting to build a really good site for SkippyShorts, which is a video episode series. The videos are converted to flash and run in a swf player. What I'd really like is a page that had comment intergration, as in, fans of the videos could leave comments right there in the website page. I've seen this done. But I can't seem to figure it out, and I don't undersatnd MySQL or PHP. I'm more of a graphic designer than a web designer. Can anyone help a poor guy who wants a smashing site for his video series!? Since we got featured and are building in fanbase, I want to get this site going soon. Any help would be appreciated.
