Wanting one or few partners..

Hello, I am sure some of you may have heard of the webhosting company Hostelox Inc. This is my company which I started back in 2005. It ran pretty good for about 1 year until I closed it down due to family issues of college and stuff. But now, I am looking to get this company back up and running to get some great business.

What I ALREADY have done:

Website Design
Website Coding
Site Forum (vBulletin, I already purchased it)
Resellers Program Entry For Dedicated Servers/Co-location

What I STILL am getting done:

Buying a Dedicated Server
Setting up all packages on server, etc.
Everything on server..


Since I am still struggling a little in my finances, I unfortunately cannot afford to pay for a server all by myself. So I am looking for 2-4 people to partner up with me so we can run this company together. All profits will be shared EQUALLY!
