I am selling my laptop because I never use it, and it basically sits in a drawer until my roommate borrows it because his computer is screwed up. I got the laptop August 25th 2004, so its more than a yr old

To answer your questions: (sorry I should have mentioned that in the first place)

It has a CD-RW at 32x I believe I will confirm this sometime tonight, and unfortunately no it has no wireless card. It is a lone harddrive of 40gig also.
