No sorry, since i dont have personal experience from any other book i dont want to pick one at random that looks good but could infact be useless.. look around on some online books stores, they usually have something like, "if you like this book, you might also want this one", then search for some reviews by people that have read it and if you are lucky maybe there could be some sample chapter to download.

CSS zen garden book is highly recommended. I actually own this book but have only skimmed through it. It does show very good examples of CSS coding though. Not much to do with the html/xhtml side of things though.
