Old  Seeking Coder(s) [PSD to Code, CSS, Etc.]

This is probably not the normal type of post, but I didn't know where else to post it...

I do a lot of freelance design work. I love to design. The problem is that I'm dyselxic and coding has never been a strong point.

So I'm looking to make a "relationship" type thing with a coder or two.

I absolutely hate having to find random coders, and I have run into too many flakes... so it would be nice to know someone that I could kick down work to when ever I need something coded.

Basic requirements:
-Need to be able to do PSD to Code
-Need to be able to do CSS and XHTML and all that other snazzy coding
-Need to speak english (prefer united states, but I'll deal with just about anyone as long as they can converse with me)

Extra bonus skills:
-Ajax programming ability
-WordPress coding ability
-Actionscript coding ability

So yeah... if you are interested in being my "go to guy", please reply, tell me a bit about yourself, and let me check out your portfolio of stuff you've coded.

And just to make sure you guys understand... I'm not asking for free work, or to employ anyone, or to partner up (maybe down the line). I'm just looking for a dependable coder who I know will be there and can pay when I need to have something turned from PSD into a functioning site.

Thanks!
