I like it, nice colours and overall...yeah! Im quite impressed with that Moniter you have, looks nice!

I don't like it that much... It doesn't look organized, I don't like the navigation (too blocky), and the colors hurt my eyes. The text is impossible to read, and the layout itself is blocky and ugly.

...What's up with the wave of super-bright, vision-impairing designs?

Don't take my criticisms as an insult, just keep the ideas in mind when designing your next template

nice glossy style but the main frame could be better. i don't like the outer glow, it doesn't look consistent with the nav buttons.

I keep seeing that eagle poping up on a few sites.

I know you said you need a new logo, so I'm not going to comment on it. I sure hope you're going to redo the text though; kinda blah. I really like the clean and simple thing you got going on here, but if I were you I would define the border of the layout a littttttle bit more (raise the opacity on that border layer or whatever is it) so you can distinguish the end of the layout and the beginning of the background image. Nice work.

About the layout...

Designwise:

Well the style of the left buttons has basically been 'whored' throughout the web, while the three pixel dots as bullets 'had been' whored at one period of webdesign. Even if you are using the trendy glossy effect throughout the website (even the icons). The thing with the bird on it (the banner?) has a different type of glossy effect applied to it, as it is in a wavy form.

Keep the style constant throughout the layout. The content boxes need serious help as they are boring; the red vertical stroke isn't doing anything for them.

Change the colour of the green font on the grey background as it is uncomfortable to the eyes. I sort of like the tab on the right :P

The container of the layout has a nice border around it.

Otherwise:

The structure of the layout is poor -the placement of the banner causes a waste of space and the advertisement shouldn't have such a huge content box.

Not bad, I think it could use some refinement with the spacing and font size etc...
