i actually like it alot. does look pretty professional. i agreee the nav looks a bit flat. but other than that i like it.

I think it looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the gray text on the nav, and I feel it could use a secondary color.

Too professional looking. Tone it down a bit? Add some game like textures and characters, maybe?

Also, gaming sites are quite content heavy. You might want to widen it a bit.
