Looks very gray and flat at the moment. Maybe add some more colour to the tabs. I also don't like that shadow on the content box, doesn't look very professional.

As well as being quite grey, the white main area really blends into the background, leaving it difficult to distinguish between the two. You need more contrast on your colours, and on your text.

I appreciate the way you have chosen different colours in your text to add something to the design but this needs to be continued throughout the layout.

If you keep going the way its going i can see it ending up very flat, so more colour, more contrast. Also..make the nav text a little bigger...it'll be easier on the eyes.

a little more contrast and colour should help.

Colors look nice. I am guessing you took from from http://www.colorschemer.com/schemes? Rofl, no harm, I use that too.

Anyway, I don't like how flat and boring it is and the yellow and green bars clash too much. I would just work on fixing the colors and adding more depth. Looks good for now.
