Beta 1, too.
It could become a really good program.
I dont think it'll end up being the calibre of Illustrator CS2, but it should be a good replacement for people who can't afford to spend hundreds of £ on one program, or just under £1000 on the CS suite (like me).

True... I would purchase it when it comes out--but I already have hundreds invested into Adobe and Macromedia. :\ Plus I'd be afraid it'd be another image composer or paints. :x

You could always get the trials when its further developed and see if it's something you'd be more interested in buying rather than some of the more established, espensive products out there today.
