Old  TFL New Staff Members (Oct 09)

Hi folks,

As I'm sure you're all aware, we've had a round of nominations and some voting with regards to bringing on some new staff members to help out here. The voting went really well and gave us some excellent choices, so without further deliberation here is the list of those lucky members who'll be joining the staff team!
  • Village Genius as Super Moderator (organisation, coding, plugins, management)
  • cpr as Global Moderator
  • Garyrae as Global Moderator
  • spencerp as Global Moderator
  • jm Gaz as Section Moderator
  • seb as Section Moderator
  • getrefreshed as Section Moderator
  • Sam Granger as Section Moderator

The section moderators will, as the name suggests, be looking after specific sections of the forums (like our old "advisors"). Exactly which forums they're covering will be decided between themselves shortly.

As for the other nominees, and indeed anyone else wishing to provide their time as moderators, there may be scope for bringing new people onto the team in the coming months as we see how things turn out with this new crop of staff members. We'll keep you posted.

In closing, congratulations for the new staff and thanks again for everyone who put forward names and voted in the poll! I'm looking forward to working with you guys.
