Old  My site has been ripped, what to do?

Well, one of my websites designs have been ripped and I am wondering what to do at this point. I own the design exclusivly, have the .psd and the proof.

My website:
http://www.thefriendtrain.com

Ripped site:
http://www.myspacegeeks.com/

Both sites are running off the same script, which I have no problem with. I am just angry that he stole my design.

What should I do at this point?

Hmmm... Seeing as it is not a script.

It is a site me and Andy Kerr created in november of last year, somebody got access to the files and started to illegally sell them on ebay.

Your thefriendtrain site is just a copy of all of my stuff but with a different layout.

I told cpvr to take down all my stuff, including the layouts my friend Elvis created (a paid job) for me.

Cpvr decided not to.

I am using this layout and I will not take it down unless you take all of my stuff down, your whole site apart from "your" layout.

November 2005 - me and andy kerr opend pimp-my-myspace.com

We then split and i created xenra.com

Early this year somebody got ahold of our files and started selling them on ebay (ILLEGALLY).

Thefriendtrain bought a copy of mine and andy's sites files from ebay and made his site (thefriendtrain.com)

Xenra and Pimp-my-myspace with a different layout.

Me and andy spent weeks if not months creating each page and coding each generator with the help of andrew (myspacesupport.com)

Thefriendtrain - if you take down the copy of our site, we will take down your layout.

Its funny how many people claim the legal copy of xenra/pimp-my-myspace are "scripts"/"software"

They think the copies of my site were sold legally as a piece of software? Its just like somebody getting ftp access to google, copying everything then selling it on ebay.

Illegal? yes.
