  Old  OCR Software

I notice there are some online OCR service you can use for free. I wonder what is needed to start such a website. Should I purchase a good and reliable OCR software for the purpose? And how to integrate the software with my website?

That would certainly be preferable to purchasing some god awful software!

Since you need to ask the question, I'll guess that you're not a programmer? If that's the case the suggestion would be to hire some really good programmers, who know what they're doing, to get your idea off of the ground.

Sighs, feel like a jerk for being harsh to the OP of this thread. Ummm would advise you study those websites offering the kind of service, you're interested in offering.

Figure out what they are doing right, what they are doing wrong iyo ( in your opinion.) What resources they're using etc. That will give you some idea where to start. And how to match, or beat them in competition.

gdlk.

Also ... would advise listening to some tupac. Most people cant come close to really appreciating dood's lyrics. ( RIP man.) But good sounds regardless.
