You know whats funny? I've been with brius for 4 months now i believe, maybe even 4! I however have only received the first montsh invoice - i mentioned it to them and they were going to fix it. Nothing yet! Support online on homepage of brius - always no responce. I've been hosted by them for for months and I'm affraid they'll take my site down. But I can't pay untill I get an invoice. ClientExec also is expired....

Agreed, I've had poor support from them. I've tried to get in contact with them for weeks so I can get my cpanel password reset and they never respond at all. I even went and added Dave on msn, tried to talk to live support when it was "online" and emailed them and still have had no reply. I would expect more from brius..

Dave is on AIM everyday, Bryan gets on forum now and then. I speak to dave daily.
