Need EXPERIENCED CSS and XHTML Coder Urgently!

Hello,

I am looking to hire someone (per hour with paypal) to sub-contract coding work to. You MUST have a portfolio or some links to sites you have done and your code needs to validated (or at least have designs that do validate in xhtml and css).
