I like it quite a bit. Simple, clean, good color scheme. I think the new post/no new post/locked post/forum icons are a little large and the area where the forum description, number of threads/posts, last post etc. is a little tall.
I'm not gonna give a x/10 rating because I don't think people should limit themselves to /10 if that makes any sense whatsoever
Quite a nice skin there though.

well the logo's a direct rip as is the logo type, and the template itself is pretty plain. 3/10

there is no way I ripped it since, I paid for the template, I have the 3 psds, and I have all the htmls/xhtml

ideas were taken from the main site, but I had to redue everything, because you cant strecth custom shapes without distorting it
