Graphic Design work Done - Need Proxy .psd coding

Hey all!

I have a proxy .psd that I need coding, and if you can code it in return I will do any graphic design which seems fair as a return. The proxy design is in .psd format only atm, so I need all required coding done, and then set up to be put on the net. I'd also like to know what the best free proxy software is to have it coded for?

I want something fast and reliable, as I plan on trying to get this proxy relatively popular.
