Wordpress Coder?

Hello, I am looking for somebody who is able to code wordpress, and possibly design or two different people that can do at least one of these that are willing tow ork for free in order to supply free wordpress themes to the general public and also to provide some paid designs which is where you will receive money from the designer will receive 40%, coder will receive 40% and i the other 10% will go to the website. I will receive 0% and no money from this besides ads that i place on the website which I will then use to pay for web hosting and to better the website.

Please note: that i do not guarantee that you will receive any money cause you can not predict sales for something new.

I will be providing web hosting and the domain name so the coder and and designer will have to pay nothing.
