 [URGENT] Reliable + Skilled PHP / MySQL Coder!
I am after someone to code a intranet below are some of the things required

The main user pages of the intranet will consist of the following pages
• Index page - (this will be a personal page) and will be different for each user group.
• Downloads - area (this will be permissions based so that users will only see files they have permission to)
• Business Reports – They will only see this if they have permission to see the reports there user group has access to these will be from SQL 2000
• Company events this will list all company events for the European region (this will be updated by managers in the admin panel)
• HR section – Where all health and safety information and forms can be downloaded. This includes access to the HR web module for the UK at least.
o Vacation Form
o Sickness form
o Employee database
o Calendar to display vacation and sickness
• European phonebook
• Links to other worldwide sites
• IT – Where *** is able to upload guides and links to helpdesk’s etc
• Resellers list – This is a list that each manager could update from there country’s admin panel.
• Feedback area with a contact us form that would email comments / suggestions back to the country managers.
• The index page will consist of the following area’s
• Navigation
• Personal messages (these would be messages set from the manager)
• Internal News
This is to include usergroups as well and maybe some other features and integrated it into a design also being done.
It must not use any pre written php ( ie has to be unique)
You will need to supply references and sign both NDA and a contract which will include late delivery penaties.

ps i should add you should also know php security as this will have to pass a security audit, but most decent php coders should know how to secure it.
I feel i should add a couple of things.
1. The sql reports - this is still yet to be confirmed fully and so at the moment is optional
2. Late payment penelties - This is due to the fact my contract with the client has penelties so i have to pass them down.
3. Pay - I am not willing to post this it will be discussed in private once things are agreed. I fully understand how much coding is involved in this and will pay accordingly
