Hello guys and girls.

I have searched the talkfreelance forum but didn`t find informations about this.
Meybe some of You have had that kind of problem so You could help me.

What should I do If some of my clients not satisfied with my cooperation with him would write something wrong about my company on blog or some forum like this ? That could be a big problem for me beacouse working with clients I am creating my opinion . I have searched on google about this - I know that there are firms wich can remove bad information from google but It costs about 1000$ per month it is big amount of money for me .

Your best option is to try to make it right, there is no formula for this. Those services don't always work either, all they do is threaten to sue and hope that the other party either gets scared or doesn't want to deal with it.

Once it's happened yes try to make things right but it's better to not reach that point in the first place.

If you routinely ask clients to comment (online or to you directly) about the experience of working with you, several positive reviews can go a long way toward balancing a bad one.

Also, pay attention to your service standards and make sure your client knows what they are.
