I'm currently in need of a PHP scripter for my site, The American Onslaught. Right now, the only basics I truly need are a functioning forum (working within my web sites layout), a members section (namely just profile adjustments), and a news publisher (ties in with the members section of the forum; ie. members can sign up to use the forums, some can gain priviledge to post news on the main web site). Other things I need aren't vital at the moment, and can be done later one when I can afford to have it done, or after this work is finished.
Right now, the only figure I can afford is $150, but I'm hoping that's enough for the three main things I need done.
Additional to the 3 things, there needs to be a script involved that keeps the items from scrolling the content out of the layout I have fixed up for my web site.

Edit I was told by someone on AIM, that I would do better to do this project with PHP instead of CGI or Perl. So in keeping with that advice, maybe this should make things easier on myself in a number of ways.
