Old  My flash header works fine in mozilla, but looks weird in I.E

Hey guys, Im trying to learn flash slowly but surely, but I seem to be stumped on whats wrong with my site.

http://westopforeclosuresales.com/options.html

When browsing in mozilla every page looks pretty good, but If your using explorer (exception of I.E 7) the flash header seems to be "stretched out".

I know there are many ways to embed flash, each one possibly showing differently to browsers, but has anyone encountered this problem before? What options do you think would be best for my site?

Thanks in advanced for any help provided.

using swfobject solves 99% of flash embedding issues.

i don't remember the details on 7, but doesn't IE gt the flash info from the <embed> tag instead of the object tag, which is why we used to hve to embed the movie "twice"?

I figured that would be the best option. Let me try it out...
