I want to create text that slants in perspective and the top would be slanted, but the bottom is flat. Here's an image...

Yeah. Freehand MXa and Illustrator CS2.. I use Freehand, but I'm trying to switch.
Anyway, I was first using Freehand's perspective tool, but I don't know how I'd make the the flat part.. And in Illustrator I'm lost.
