1.) dont get a mac, it would look ugly on a mac playing wow.
2.) wow works fine with vista easily... your just making it look bad...
3.) stop complaining about vista, this was a thread about helping him, not spamming about vista.
4.) give us more specifics...
ps. i don't play wow, but some my friends do hah and they have vista.

It will SUCK, lets look at the pattern of modern windows
3.1 (1992) -Good for its time
Windows 95 -Sucked
Windows 98 -Amazing
Windows ME -Sucked peroid
Windows XP -Great

I had a decent Vista expierence though, although that was before the Mac, I think it was all the eye candy. I just turned my PC on for the first time in 7 months, boy is it sloooowww! The components are so much higher than my Macbook too

Also, was your decent vista experience better then XP?
I plan on buying a mac when it is financially reasonable for me.

Hmm Windows NT was more of a server edition. Can't recall seeing Windows 97 though...

Vista is actually pretty bad, but anyway back onto the topic.
Right click on the .exe file for WoW, and go to Properties. Then to Compatibility, then set it to "Run using Admin" and compatibility mode to "XP SP2". That should work.
