[Hiring] Need header+logo installed in forums

You didnt do what he asked, So he doesnt have to pay you, Simple as that. If its not possible to do what he wants. Then you drop out.

He told me to install the logo and header, nothing else. Those were his instructions, "Install the header above the yellow nav, and put the logo in where the old vB logo is, he told me to do nothing else.

Hmm Let me give you an example. If you were installing, say a car stereo for someone. Would you install it properly where they want it? Or would you toss it in on the floor, hook it up and collect payment?

Satirical example. You as a coder should have advised against or did differently. There is a reason he is hiring you to do it. People hire others because they don't know something and need it done.

What are you talking about! I didn't delete anything, just added buddy. He said he'd pay $30 not me, his decision. Don't make up lies like I deleted something. I did what he told me to, now stop lying.
