  Old  Cgi Proxy help

With cgi proxy (http://www.jmarshall.com/tools/cgiproxy/) the url's that are outputted are:

e.g. http://www.browsesneaky.com/nph-inde...ww.google.com/

How would I go about turning the output into something like (for example)

http://www.browsesneaky.com/nph-inde...HR0cDovL3d3dy/

as when people browse sites on a school network etc, filters pick up banned url's and block them from accessing it.

Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks
