I say lower the white drop-shadow on the orange "tag" be blended in more some how.

The "Your Text Here" drop shadow perhaps would look better with all settings on 1 and on an angle of 120.

Other than that its a pretty good banner.

nevermind adblock blocked it...

comic sans has to go... change it to arial or... anything really.
