I own a small web hosting company and i'm 17 years old.
I never say CEO, I just say Administrator or Owner.

Founder doesn't necessarily mean you have any current relationship with the company in question. It merely implies that you founded the company. That's why I tend to prefer: Founder & Creative Director But that's just my choice.

i laugh when i see the ceo title...only the young 'entrepeneurs' place importance on titles. i own my business, but have no employees...i refer to myself, when asked, as principal, otherwise, i'm just a designer.

Since our website isn't a company, or any sort of organisation, charity, univeristy, whatever.!
It's just plain old Owner and Webmaster for me.

WebMaster/Owner/Adminitstrator is what I would use, CEO is when I'm 35 and have made a company with 100 employees.

I own my business due to majority stock holdings, however I'm not the CEO. I've taken the title RGM--because I enjoy those responsbilities much more.
