Hmm the design looks ok, bit you kinda ruin it with the text.
- The text saying "live work" looks better when it's one size, and align it left.
- I would remove the arrows on the smaller headers.
- Make TOP 10 -> Top 10, and i think it also looks better if left aligned.
- The navigation bar is a bit big, looks a bit strange now.

good job tho!

Make the top bar the same width as the navigation bar. Latest work looks out of place. The live chat button is nearly as big as the logo, you dont want that.

And neo is right, the text is bad.
