the colors are very nice and work well together. the layout is clean and simple and not cluttered. nice use of negative space there.
the top nav is a problem. it doesn't match the rest of the site. it looks out of place. i would also suggest to make your text links look like text links. put a border underneath them, or a background color. something to say "this is a link". just a font color is not the best solution i think.
i dont know if you want a "wow" factor or not, but its lacking there. No wow. so really compelling and strong content will have to bring your visitors back.
its a good design over all but could still be pushed further.
