So what is exactly what you are asking for here?
By the way, your grammar is atrocious for a writer.

I'd suggesting reading more - in English. It will help your grammar and spelling, a lot.

Yes but spell check wont solve your problems for you. If you want to become more professional in your writing and etc. You must be able to take responsibility of your writing instead of depending Microsoft word spell check. If you truley want to become a decent writer I suggest you start reading professional articles on the web, get inspired and also practice your grammer, or hire a cheap tutor on msn. I could tutor you, for a very cheap price

I have to agree here, reading more WILL definately help you.
Another technique I use when writing big articles, is to use a mind map...map out all of the important aspects of an article...then prioritise it into areas of importance, then write the article.
Because I have mind mapped and prioritised I can write my article with the most important information at the top, and everything is written in a structured and sequential order.

Why don't you try creating an outline? Although it works for some, reserving a "map" of the article in your mind is not always recommended. Do what Julian recommended, but actually write it down. When it comes to writing the article, you also need to be familiar with how articles of the same type are written, so I also recommend reading articles online, in magazines, etc.
