I'm looking for a web designer to help start up a company. For now, it will remain as an online studio, but there is always room to expand. I will be doing most of the HTML/CSS and flash, while I have a partner who works well with PHP and Javascript when necessary. Since this is a start up, I will suspect that business will start off fairly slow. I will be advertising in my city, as well as online. Anyways, I'm looking for either 2 kinds of people.
